Anyone had any experience of them? Only ask as I just went on the site to look for something and my eye was caught by a reflective warning sticker which would be useful for my tailgate when out shooting. £3, plus vat. So £3.60. Except they round it up to £3.70. Then postage. Minimum available option? £5. For a sticker. Except that's plus "VAT" too. That's "VAT" on postage, which doesn't exist. Anyway, total for the £3 sticker...£9.60.
All of which leads me to believe they are grasping, thieving, ****s who nobody should go near with a barge pole.
Of course they may be lovely*

Not really bothering me, just think that when you come across these f****** you should point it out. Will get some dazzle tape for £2.50 like I used to use on the GSA panniers.

They did not charge you postage or vat on postage.

Just went to there site your sticker +vat= your price

delivery fees always have Vat added to them. So what is your beef????

If they had to use a carrier/lorry service would vat not be added.
All orders under 100 quid is quid fee
over 100 quid free

Think you are being a dick about it. What your MOM or Wife get on your arse for spending 9.60 quid for a 3 quid sticker :lol::lol:

Vat is only not charged on certain royal mail services, but any other courier has to charge vat, you're also paying for packaging too which they have to charge vat on.

All the comments seem to appear to be in favour of FlatDog. I guess this thread is making them look good and you look foolish!

Shot in the dark: you have issues with your mother, anger and any attempt to take your assault rifle off you, and you spend a lot of time on the Internet?

im in favour of naming and shaming bad companies/services etc.

Unfortunally for you and your argument, in this case i have used flat dog and when i didnt like the item i bought(there was no issue with quality, i just changed my mind) i called them up and they accepted the item back and refunded me the full amount. I thought them reasonable.
