Not if the hazards work...id guess relay...if its a 90 (and the op is allowing us to guess because their post was devoid of info)..i'd guess water has run into the relay behind the fusebox panel on the bulkhead.

Or it could be a Veyron.

I'd say a Veyron behind the bulkhead is unlikely....
 
Dodgy flasher relay - bad earth from one of the inficators. Does it happen when you indicate eithr left or right... or only when you do one side.
