FL 1 TD4 wont start

Hello. I am new to this forum so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong thread.

I have a 54 plate FL TD4. A few months ago it began to refuse to start when hot. It would start again after cooling for a while. The problem would disappear for a few weeks, then it would play up again. It seems to have got gradually worse. Last Saturday I had to leave it overnight having driven a couple of miles to the local supermarket. It wouldnt start when I came out. It started first time the next day. Now it wont start at all. The glo plug light does not come on but the yellow engine light with the exclamation mark in the middle is constantly lit as is the yellow engine light on the opposite side of the speedo. The engine will turn over though. I have seen threads saying that its the cam shaft sensor, fuel pump, faulty immobiliser. Anyone got any definitive ideas as I am at my wits end with it. Thankyou.

if the engine turns over but doesn't start, it won't be an immobiliser fault as the immobiliser inhibits the starter motor.

if it only does it when hot, my money would be on cam sensor, on top of the engine, easy to change, not too expensive. (£30 apparently)
