Blood and obscenities also. I got lucky with oil pipes for my 200tdi swap. They swapped straight over, don't kno how common that is tho!

I have a 300tdi in mine with an LT77 as well. I didn't fit it myself but a mate did. The only issue I have is the rubber hose for the air filter fouls the bonnet so it a bit of a bodge. The LT77 does scream a little when you hit 60mph(ish) runs better at the 50mph.
There will be a load of room at the front because the 300tdi sits back further so you'll need to extend the hoses from the radiator and intercooler.

Ahh yeh, it's only if using the r380 gearbox you have to move the mounts I think..

Think the exhaust downpipe is a damn site easier then with a 200 conversion.

many thanks for that redhead im part way through it now just pulled engine out of both im going to give it a whirl next weekend fingers crossed should be ok not going to bother with power stearing and cant i just move rad oil cooler etc back and make brackets for it

I'd fit the PAS unless you've got arms like Arnie.

Rad is taller and the bonnet will strike the rad unless you lower the mounts.
