Fault Code Readers / Reset Tools

Hi All

I'm a reasonably new (2003) L322 V8 petrol ownwer which I have just had converted to LPG.

I've been a member of this site for a couple of weeks and have found the information available invaluable and everyone seems to be eager to help, thanks to all so far.

Having read loads of post's it seems I would be well advised to buy a fault code reader / reset tool, my problem is I don't know which one to go for.

I've read up fairly extensively over the last few days and I think I've got my preferences down to two:

a) Faultmate FCR 10

or

b)RSWSolutions MkIII All Comms

Does anyone out there have any thoughts / advise to share please???

From what I have read...they are both great bits of kit....

If you can stretch to it, consider the Faultmate Extreme...so much more control, but it is V. expensive....

auto logic is the best by far imo and goin back to your first post is your lpg conversion the one with the cylinder lubricant built in? if not i would budget for a replacement engine soon to as the gas is to dry without it
