L322 UO100 63 fault code

Hi everyone, I have a 60 plate TDv8 4.4 that’s done 100,000 miles. I recently parked it up and when I went back to it three days later it wouldn’t start. I’ve since replaced the battery and had it plugged in by a friend who owns a local garage and this is the fault code and the read out. When you tried to start the vehicle, it lights up like a Christmas tree the gearshift comes up as normal but then it start listing all the faults which is basically everything because there’s what I think some kind of problem with the ECM. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you tried to start it with a flat battery it will throw up all sorts of code s as the modules did not have the correct voltage
clear them and see what comes up again.

I'd suggest disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes, once everything has shut down. Then clear the fault codes.
