I wonder if you gave a little more information, you might get a better response?

Such as where did this code come from when using your Hawkeye - was it in the SLABS section, for example?
 
It's about the ABS return pump circuit, FL11, R10... or the worst, pump itself which is part of the modulator not replaceable..., sticking relay was subject of a technical bulletin long time ago... i answered on the Club;)
 
you better preventatively put a new relay instead of R10 though cos that intermittent sticking relay thing is well known and it can ruin the pump/modulator then it will be expensive
