I should imagine they would be only a few microns on there so it should just melt into the rest.

i'd give it a good scrub and crack on.

autoglym "fast glass" supposed to clean it off ..
was reading up on it via google .. after using autoglym paint polish
ending up with white-on-plastic bits that didn't want to come off
got rid of most with a nylon scrubbing brush ..

then tried the 'fast-glass' .. worked ok .. got off what was left .. mostly ..

works well on glass as well

tried 'car plan black trim wax' on the tail gate handle .. seems to do the job
any oversplosh comes off any painted surface easy ..
comes across like black boot polish for cars :-/

thought land rovers were supposed to be muddy .. ..

that'll be the next con .. along with fake vcu units ..
fake cowshyte on plastic trim ..
maybe even paintjobs like those 'vintage era knocked about used' guitar finishes ..
