Exhaust manifold to Egr valve pipe

Hi Lads and Lassies,
I own a L322 2002 model, can anyone help me out with this one please???. The pipe/tube with a concertiner type bend which comes off the exhaust manifold to the Egr valve completely broke on the bend i replaced it with a genuine new one part no WAP00270. This was 10 days ago. Low and behold its done exactely the same in the same place. The metal is very thin but should be up to the job surely???. Is there an underlinning problem causing this perhaps???. Any HELP greately Recieved.

I'd bin it and block the EGR off anyway.
but if you want to keep it, yeah, there's either something breaking it, or whoever fitted it didn't do it right.
Wouldn't think its a faulty part.

Take it back "not fit for purpose" get you cash back, must be someone out there making a generic part that's better?
