exhaust heat shields

I have recently bought a 2000 disco 4.0v8. As some will know I had a little issue with my p38 heat shield catching light on motorway and leaving a charred range rover shaped shell on the hard sholder. As it was an experience I would rather not repeat i intend to jet wash the oily residue from around the area of exhausts etc and replace the sheilds, so hopefully no repeat performances. Wondering if anyone knows part numbers and a supplier. Failing that what is the opnion of thermal wrapping or the adheasive pads you can get. Failing that do i just carry some marshmallows and squers in boot just incase?
