Evening all...

Hi everyone. Trevor here. Recently rejoined the LR fraternity after many years of sensible motors. Currently have an early 110 v8 (1983) in fine, refurbished fettle, though obviously the list of jobs never seems to end. Previously had a S3 88" and a Classic 3.9. I'd ask your opinions on the tyre:suspension relationship. 2" lift kit, but as a soft top there's no weight on the back and she rides very high. Rear springs are HD and way to hard. Should I try lightweight 2" lift springs (no self leveller, so wary of going too soft), or maybe drop back to standard height at the back? She does have all the associated radius arms etc, and I'd rather leave all that in place. Alternatively, bigger tyres maybe, but the kids already need a ladder to get in!
