erratic idle dse

just put my dse on ebay and low and behold its started to idle funny. It used to do it occasionally when very hot and a quick blip of the throttle would cure it..clutch replaced last week, dmf had a bit of play but no where near as bad as 1 on u tube, which leads me to think either fuel pump or throttle sensor?? My speed triple used to do the same and £500 later triumph finally diagnosed faulty throttle sensor, which didn't show up on pc...If i put dse engine under load when idling, ie heaters on full or both window de=misters its absolutely fine and sounds perfect?? but as soon as i turn off engine sounds out of balance and juddery Brand new belt tensioner, bracket and belt where fitted last week after tensioner snapped...confused!

You need to get the fault codes read, what is the idle speed? Could be lots of things from a dirty fuel filter to a worn FIP.

Does sound like dmf prob to me causing the slightly out of balance feel on the idle. Had the prob in another car (nissan navara) and a new flywheel (fitted a solid one...hooray) cured it. The old one did not have that much play when inspected either. Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear.

well its not the dmf, been on diagnostics today, pump timing a bit erratic, every now and then goes from 55 to 80 then back, but very quicky, then rights itself. Anyone know of a good bosch specialist in south yorkshire? I suspect electrics are knackered on top pf fuel pump. Not DMF or injectors, dmf within tolerence when looked at 2 weeks ago and besides it dosn't rattle just has a slightly uneven idle as if its being starved of fuel...any ideas anyone? Cheers
