The faults continue...
EPB won''t engage, no motor sound, just yellow and red warning and park brake system unavailable.
Had it in for some tyres last week and they ran into code reader - came back over heat. I changed the parking shoes and they are all moving freely so i can't see it overheat in that respect.
It's booked into garage next week - question is it worth getting a refurb until or any chance might just be a fuse or jammed. Refurb about 350 and new 650-700. Need the car back quickly so i can't mess sending it away for repair.
The EPB will go into service mode - or at least it clear the red/yellow triangle until you then try to re-apply.
Half the friction material was gone on one shoe so maybe it stuck on at some point and burnt motor out...
