Hello chaps,
Blobbers here again with his Freelander 2 TD4 2009.
The Old Girl has developed an intermittent wobble and shudder through the steering wheel and thence to shaking the whole frame.She runs like a beaut for about 10 miles then this starts up,goes away soon after.I thought it was maybe water going through the fuel but no warning lights and I replaced the fuel filter.I had a new injector fitted recently so it can't be that as the aforementioned Old Girl flies along.There is increased vibration from the engine and I suspect mountings - but can worn mountings invoke an intermittent wobble and shudder?
