Engine Update

Hi Guys.

Been really busy getting ready for the season so been a while since the last update.

I have had no replies from the engine company since i asked them to repair the fault so haveing checked with tradeing standards about what's reasonable and what isn't i will take the company to court.

I am really let down by the "ignoring the customer" stance they have taken, very adult like!

What can i say, extremely unprofessional is the nice version and i'll leave it there.

I'll let you all know when i get anything further.

Nightmare mate. It happens but as usual it's a shame it happened to you!

Seriously cannot figure out why potentially lucrative businesses **** it all up the wall by doing these kind of things. It cant cost them bugger all really to rebuild your engine again, and they keep a good name.

Can't figure it.

The engine company has emailed today to say that they will indeed collect the car and fix it. They are just trying to sort a date.

Interesting, but welcome....all i want is the engine sorted then i can move on...
