Hiya, I want to replace my lower engine tie rod and was wondering were I can get a genuine part, not sure if the bushes can be replaced or do they come as a complete unit ? It's a 1.8 k series 51 plate I've got.

I think the part number for yours will be KKH000070.

I used Rimmer Bros. But have come across Mode Land Rover who's prices seem good for genuine parts, but I haven't used them, so can't comment on the service…

Ahh cool thanks for that. Can the bushes be changed tho cous the tie bar is in good codition ?

It says in the discription for the large and the small that they can cause vibration if fitted on diesel engines. Does this apply to petrol aswell or is there no difference to the orignal ones ?

There is a bit more vibration when using the poly mounts, the severity differs between engines. The engine is located more securely through. The diesel vibrates worse then the 1.8 petrol with the V6 not really vibrating more than when using rubber mounts.
