Evening,
I'm taking my 2.5 n/a to the garage early next week with a hefty oil leak and excessive crank case pressure. It recently had a cylinder re-bored, a new piston and a set of rings. I have a feeling that the other three pistons are going to need replacing (purely because of the lack of compression), but are they likely to do this under my 3 month warranty?
I am also trying to figure out the various parts that make the piston and seal the cylinder, and how much it could potentially cost. Which parts do I need?
3X Crankshafts @ £200 each, or not?
What else makes up a piston and cylinder!!?
