engine not running right

Hi can anybody help. I have just fitted a new 2.5 petrol engine into my 1987 90
With a gas flowed head and a four in to one gas flowed exhaust header pipes
It will nor run properly, the Webber carb has a 160 on the first choke and a 190 in the second. Will this need jetting up if so what size it will run better if the choke is pulled out half way any Idea,s please

was there not a webber agent selling the kits you could try..

have you checked for any air leaks on the inlet side of things...
a hissing sound anywhere could be the problem..
