Engine nightmare

Hi everyone,

Was wondering If you guys could help me.
Got a range rover vogue 4.4 2015. Looks like turbos have Gone and the engine is dead. I.e red oil light on and engine make a crazy screaming noise.

Can anyone recommend a company to recondition the engine and replace the turbos.
I am very grateful for anyone's input on this.

If any of the engine recon companies seems cheap, it will be because they are rubbish!
