engine immobilised

went to B&Q the other day when I came back I went to unlock my p38 with remote all the doors unlock then went to start it and engine disabled message came up. Got it back home on flatbed still cant open diver side back door can any one help !!!!!!!!!

it is a 2.5L BMW diesel p38
