electric window cable

Hello,
I am currently in the middle of changing the pasenger side window cable after it snapped. Everything going well until I needed to remove the t-20 screws from the back of the regulator. The last one won't come out and the thread is starting to wear down on the inside.
Does anyone know of a way to remove these without causing any damage?

Sounds like its too late, they are crap, plastic is soft as cheese.

Rip the screw out and replace with a substantial size bolt (countersunk head)

also they is a good cable repair kit on flea bay [makes the job a lot easyer wiff destructions asswell]
