Electric seat heaters

anyone able to give any leads on reactivating the electric seat heaters on my Disco the models a millenium edition and the heaters have recently ceased to function, one packed up which was then followed by the other for no apparent reason,power is both at the console switch and down at the seat base I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some one knows the reason,its probably the units cheers

its probably a fractured wire internally. Check the seat for resistance, it should be fairly low, not open circuit.
