electric buzzing behind screen.

There is an electric sounding buzzing coming from behind the TV screen on the dash even when I turn ignition off open door shut it lock the car with me sitting in it it keeps going it never seems to stop any ideas?

HVAC fan most probably
It does stop after around 10 mins
