eka lock out with the doors deadlocked

Hi,
battery ran flat while the car was dead locked. I have had the RAC over and they managed to open the tail gate so that I could clamber in however the doors remain locked and the milage display is reading key code lockout...

I got the bonnet open and replaced the battery with a brand new one.

however all the information says that the doors must be unlocked.

Any thoughts?

when you put eka in is it flashing with every turn? are you turning it 4 times to the rear befor you start?

I have used the EKA code before however this time the dash light does not flash fast to show its ready for the code...

The other issue is that the turning the the key will not unlock the car anymore

I am currently sitting it out to let the eka lockout timeout...

you may have a door lock problem, a bar come off inside and that is a pain in the arse, you may have to get your door card off.

which would normaly need me to open the door ...

you can get it off but it not easy but can be done. best of luck mate
