Hi People,

In new here... i have a suspected EGR problems with both my TD5 and 300 TDI, belching out alot of smoke and loss in power.... i was going to replace the EGR valves when i came across these EGR removal kits.

They also sell landrover mafs so im going to get my part number and see if i can match mine up

Get rid of the EGR valve. Its not needed in the UK at the current time and my TD5 emissions were lower without it. Keep the bits just in case they change the rules.
You can make your own blanking plate for a few pennies or spend a bit more for a custom jobby with all the bits you need to completely remove the gubbins.

Have a look at the TD5Alive web site for an explanation as to what it does and how to get rid of it.

Excuse me Peter, but what they offer for sale are MAF's for LR's - NOT LR MAF's. These cheap MAF's are really not worth buying.
