Hi,

I have experienced an intermittent fault with this feature, the handbrake not releasing.

The following message appears 'Handbrake automatic release is unavailable' on the dash.

I have had the update software installed, which was supposed to rectify the problem.

I contacted Land Rover direct to no avail.

There are lots of issues with later discovery handbrakes, I don't know if this is similar-either way get dealer to fix it or reject vehicle as not of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose
