Im talking about the ex-mod ones. Anyone got one or an opinion on them?

Im very tempted by the whole aux heater but find the prices a little steep for the nice new ones so casting about in the used market...

Basically Im wondering if theyre standard or if particular ones fit particular vehicles or are 12v or 24v etc. Dont want to buy one unseen only to find that its from a tank and weighs half a tonne.

Would it be fairly easy to plumb in and would I need a second fuel tank?

Thanks,

Tom

Thats a large bit of kit what you need is a night heater more compact they do come in 12 and 24 volt.If you have a truck breakers near hand give them a ring you just might come across one cheap but doubt it.Or you might come across one from a discovery.

Cheers guys, Ill have a look for those suggestions. Tried e-mailing withams and basically got a f**k off email back. Customer service is not their strong point...

Ill have a scan round ebay then ;)
