Morning all,

Went to go to work this morning and started the Rangie. Up popped the EAS fault message with the lights flashing and the raised up high icon on the dash.

Decided to work from home and moved the car on the road so the missus could get her car out.. anyway...

Left it for 10 mins, realised I had no ciggies and spent all my cash down the pub, I had to pop into the village to get some cash, no choice but to drive and on starting the rangie, all was fine, no errors, suspension back to normal.

So, should I be worried about the EAS? I have the guy from landrover services (from ebay) coming over to do my 96k, serpentine belt, valley tray gasket and a water leak in the lower throttle body tomorrow and wonder if I should have him look at this as well.. I am off to Holland in it in a few weeks and the last thing I want is the suspension dropping

You need to get the faults read and cleared, if it has logged a soft fault it will only be a matter of time before you get a hard fault and your left with it sat on the bump stops.
