EAS Lead

It may do, but if it doesn't changing the pins isn't easy because the connectors are moulded around the soldered pins.

I just got myself a 9 pin d-type connector soldered wires to that as per the wiring diagram supplied with the software, and jammed bare wires into the OBD connector, it worked fine-ish, but then I didn't have time to get the proper cable.

Good Idea.
I gather the OBD end would be a socket and the pc a standard d connector.

If the plugs would do I can feel a connector block in the middle as a bodge coming on,

Cheers

Not silly at all,
I have been looking for weeks for this lead.
Did it take long to come?

Thank you for the link

Fred

not realy it took about 12 days. very good quality lead made by storey wilson who is the software program writer guru. all puchases help to fund his research to give us free software for our Range Rovers.

Having watched the videos on his website. It will allow you to clear fault codes ,set the various height parameters, check operation of the compressor by turning it on or off, the problem with the eas ecu is that once you have rectified any faults the system still will not work until the fault codes have been cleared, usualy a trip to your lr dealer who will help you to lighten your wallet by £100. this software allows you to diy.
so far I have not needed it but its there when I do. take time to look through storeys site its worth it.
