Eas disc

Hi there.
I have received the disc from Datatek and bought the serial adaptor.
I T is not my strongest point, and when I try to enter the unlock suite I get the following message.

Send ,One byte failed system invalid operation. Exeption the port is closed at system 10 ports serial port write (string text) at win EAS unlock EAS main send one byte byte command.
Please, anyone from that world?
Advice would be welcome

You need to download microsoft Net Framework 2 I'm afraid.
