Dynachip = Awesome.

Had my 02 TD5 remapped this morning by Mike at Dynachip, great guy, very knowledgeable and does some bloody good work!

My TD5 is seriously impressive now, its like a new car! So much more power, no flat spots. Power comes in very smoothly and progressively very noticeable. Driving around normally feels much better but put your foot down and it goes!

For £225.00 I am EXTREMELY impressed! I would not suggest going to anyone else but him.

With the straight though, de-cat and the new map it sounds like Thor (the norse god btw haha) gargling with nails while fighting a bear.

Just went out for a drive. Jesus christ its amazing, stopped at a tunnel to drive through everyone at a bus stop was staring at me gob smacked haha

What did the chip make it louder, or was this after you fitted the exhaust as well?

Already had a decat, straight through and egr blank so was quite throaty as is.

With the map everything is increased so slightly louder and a different pitch compared to before.

Ah ok cool as I'm thinking about getting mine chipped and its already got a straight through decat egr blank and it could do with being louder. (Not chav loud though)

Mike did my 02 110 on Wednesday evening after I fitted a de-cat and straight through box last weekend. I went out for a spin earlier this evening and the difference is subtle (increased smoothness and no flat spots) if you pussy foot around, but hell does it go when you put your foot down. I gave a few cars on the M1 a surprise I reckon. I can overtake with lots more confidence now. And best of all, no smoke, like I've see with some remaps. Well recommended.

Yeah he came to me, all he does is drive up and down the country mapping cars! Sounds awesome to me lol.

By the sounds of it hes also built a beyond impressive Td5 racer.

funny enough I thought of chipping my td4 , but fitted a synergy box in the end

don't know how they compare but got the synergy due to me being able to adjust the power and torque settings and has a maf compensator that can be turned on and off

also got a dashboard switch that I can switch from max mpg or onto the power setting on the synergy box

has indeed transformed mine and on a run now get around 41 mpg

did find it very suprising in how responsive it became and increased mpg

They are a plugin tuning box that fools the engine to increase the fueling which ups the power
they are still around and cheaper than a remap
