Hello everyone. I've noticed that on my reg document the vehicle is classified as Light Goods Vehicle even though it was fitted out with 4 seats as a passenger vehicle from new. I only noticed when I used the Dartford crossing and had to pay more. Just wondered if this was normal for Defenders (mine's a 2013 model). Thanks for any advice.

Thats the correct tax class for 2013 defender. Can't remember the year they first did this, but my 2012 is classed LGV. The benefit is lower road tax (£260 a year as opposed to about £500++ a year). Just paid my road tax today so I know.
