A lot would depend on which one it is ... there are a few different twin damper kits around ...

Has to be said, thobut, if you're going this far, perhaps you ought to be able to figure it out yourself ... twin dampers are for when it gets really serious, and aren't meant to simply bolt on, and be made to work in ten minutes. OK, so some maybe people could, but asking for instructions doesn't bode well for such bits of kit. There's a lot more to this type of conversion than simply bolting/welding stuff together.

What project is it? Be interested to see any pics you have, or any plans you might have made for what it's eventually going to be.

i probubly will be able to figure it out i just like to ask people with more nolege on landrovers than myself how its done! im usedto building rare race cars going lower rather than higher! i havent even taken it out of the box yet!
im just trying to build a strong off roader that i wont break every weekend!
so far i have added
winch
winch bumper
flexi archs (5dr been cutting the rear doors 2day that was a challenge:smokin: )
2" spacers at the mo but going to replace with this kit!
265/75/16 insa special tracks
extended bumpstops
braided brake lines

as for the twin damper setup. I would avoid it unless you are loading your vehicle up for an expedition. You only really need it when you are running at max weight. Even then the mountings tend to break.
