Hi just gone to car pushed key fob doors unlock then lock on if i am quick i can open any door but drivers if i climb through passenger side i can start car and drive no problem. Even if i hold button up i can't open drivers door any suggestions please

Try removing the small door handle surround from the offending door. If you look at the door pull cable at the end of the door handle it should be straight. If its kinked it will be keeping the door locked. Flick it straight again and your door should open as normal.
If this is the case - change your cable and make sure it can move when installed again. Leave your door card off for a day or so just in case!

Even if you hold the button up the driver's door won't open? Sounds like the motor burned out while superlocked. If you use the fob can you hear the motor moving in the door or microswitches?

I've just fixed the very same problem. to get the door open, unlock and open the door behind the drivers door, with key in ignition recline the drivers seat all the way, then with a rubber mallet whack the door card arm rest a few times then you will be able to lift the internal lock button up then open the door. remove the door card then remove the door latch, take a photo of the door latch mechanism then undo the three screws that hold the metal cover and lift off gently. clean and re grease, The metal cover you just removed has a white plastic claw this will have gone stiff spray with wd40 till it moves freely, then replace the metal cover over the adjusters and look at the photo two to copy the position of the white plastic claw also remember there are two short screws and one long one. the long one goes at the top of the latch as the two short ones fit more central to the latch and don't stop the function of the plastic catches moving, then check the latch moves freely then replace. try not to brake the door handle steel rod locating lugs as one is only made of cast moulding and snaps of easily. good luck Might be worth a sticky?
