If it's affecting that many systems then I'd look for a poor earth, or damp near BECM. RAVE will give you list of sites of all the earths to check (with pics to help locate them). Make sure they're not corroded and and making good contact. The other possibilty is damp around the BECM, e.g. damp carpets. Check carpet on drivers side particularly from tunnel under heater as it could be symptomatic of leaking o-rings on heater.

ok will have a look and check in the morning and let you all know how i get on does the seat need to be removed to access these conection??? im sure its probably easy to see but as its dark easier to ask the question now than when im going through it tomoz thanks again people

There are multiple earths throughout the car, you really need to look them up in RAVE to find them all. I would start with the ones nearest the BECM first. RAVE can be downloaded via the links in the sticky at the top of the thread lists, and there is a specific section on earths, I think under electrics, which gives you each location, with photos to help find them.
Checking for damp will be easiest to do first.

have downloaded rave but not the best on pc lol and am struggling to find them but will keep looking and if i get stuck will be back asking i guess but will have a go first cheers

Have just double checked, go to section of RAVE for RR, then go to Electrical Troubleshooting Manuals, then section for your year, then section headed Grounds.
