Door Alarm Sensor

Anyone got any ideas why, when I lock the doors and set the CL through the key fob, I get a single Horn Beep DESPITE all of the doors being closed?

I've been having a little trouble with the back door being very stiff but have fixed that and it now seems to be closing OK.

Any help gratefully received!

Is it a Land Rover alarm thats fitted?
If a door was open then the interior light would remain on.
The other switch is the one for the bonnet and sometimes they can give a problem as dampness get in, also the ultrasonic sensor can play up but I don't see how that will give a beep.
I assume you have a D1, if it's a D2 I believe a set/unset beep is programmable in the system but let us know what model of disco when posting.

Sorry, it's a TD5, with factory alarm.

The interior light does remain on, but goes off after a bit.

Light delay is normal, they all do that sir.

As I said I believe that D2's can be programed to have a beep on/off some countries require it, it's info that i picked up in a Forum sometime a go.

If it's just started the the question is why
