I haven't been in Poland for a year or two, but..........

I was in Austria on Wednesday - four days ago - all prices, including LRs, are cheap cheap cheap. Huge choice from €3500 upwards.

I was shocked.

Also forget any garages - go to see the private ads in any supermarket - I'm told Spar is best.

Buy privately and import it your self. Cut out the middle man. Lots of polish people are already doing this.

The roads are full of cars & vans from Poland, CZ, SK, SLO, HR, BiH, RO, etc. pulling car trailers taking Austrian 2nd hand cars back to their home countries.

Same applies to winter tyres - huge private sales boards in every supermarket.

Shop around - you are lucky to live in a country where you have easy cheap road access to so many other countries.
