Mine car started today from 1 turn. Gonna install that valve back but want make hole in it littli bit bigger. Btw there were nearly no oil in red plug

That's good news that your red plug was pretty clean, but if there was any oil, keep an eye on it from time to time.

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned it before, but when you run through the bleed cycle on the TD5, it's best to run through it several times in succession, as many as four or five or even more. I (on Shifty's advice) did this with mine and kept repeating it until there was almost no sound at all from the fuel pump when I fitted a new pump and pressure regulator a while back. I've never had any problems since.

there are two unions out of the four one has restrictor the other a one way valve in the form of rubber reed valve,if valve doesn't seal properly will lead to poor starting

Right James ...

I am with you now. Thanks. I didn't read carefully enough what you wrote.

Tomorrow I am having that one-way valve out.
I hope to be able to clean it and make it work, at least temporarily.

Where and how soon can I get a new one?
