Hi, everyone iam Neil , i purchased cheap freelander just for a little hobby, i went up doctors gate on Sunday but someone walking (a local) up there said the 4x4s aren't aloud through there anymore is that true? I did find another lane on the way out of wolsingham up the road after the pub
 
Did you not do any research?
At the very least you should check the definitive map from the council to find out whether the lane is legal to drive.
I strongly urge you to join GLASS before you get arrested and to stop you giving greenlaners a bad name.

The Local may have been givign you a big fat lie BUT , Please join GLASS or ATUK and find a local club that goes greenlaning before you get yourself in trouble for driving on lanes that are closed for good / closed for the winter / have a TRO on them. People driving lanes that are closed is not good for anyone, and can annoy those of us who do greenalne responsibly, as the info is out there to find out which lanes are open or closed.
