Disk Thickness!!

Wots the minimum front disk fickness befur they need changin! i'm
talkin about the vented wuns, cus ive had mine orf & grund orf that
orrible edge!:( while i was at it, i measured the fickness un it was
18mm?:confused:
Now, i looked in the cd manuawl an it sez 11mm min, 14mm new? that
must be fur the solid disk surely:confused: ...but it states vented disks??:(

So, wots occurrin here!!!:rolleyes:
 
Don't know why the discrepancy but if they're not binding and are freely turning and work when applied then all well and good. You'll get a lot more wear out of them.
 
My book says:-

Solid disks - 14mm thick - minimum service limit 11mm

Vented disks - 20.8 to 21mm thick - min service limit 18mm


Reckon you need a new pairs of disks - and a new book

JUST RUN IT TILL NEW PAIR RUNS OUT THEN REPLACE THE DISCS. . . . . THEY GO OVER THE TOP WIFF SPECS :D :D :D

seriousy if your discs are on min service thickness i would change them,
ya dont mess around with brakes!!

as for make mintex arnt to bad
 
Yeah.. ya right guyz, gona fit nuw disks un pads, cant feck aboot
wiff brakes :(

Hat.. i'll go fu the greenstuff, sounds right sumhow, mite as well lash out
on it again!:( cant keep spendin all me money on boilies!!:rolleyes: :D
