Hello everyone. My name is Rich, and I live in the lovely Staffordshire countryside. Im buying a Discovery 2 TD5 today from a colleague at work, as Ive always wanted one.

Im sure this forum is going to be very helpful, as I love tinkering with vehicles. I look forward to chatting with you, about Discos for many years to come...

Cheers, picked up the Disco today. Drives like a bloody tanker. My daily drive is a Transit, but this is a big wallowy thing. Im going to be asking a lot of questions believe me...

Hi and welcome!

The disco 2 is a great truck. Just make sure you keep an eye on the rear end of the chassis for rust and invest in a nanocom.

I guess it all depends what you are used to and how you drive it, but a D2 should not "wallow like a tanker". You might want to check the suspension.
Welcome BTW :)
