Discovery gearbox with puma dash

Hi everyone,
Ive recentley bought a galvanised puma/tdci bulkhead for my project.
I’m planning on fitting a puma/tdci dash.
I would like to retain the heater matrix in the puma dash so i have a manual r380 gearbox out of a discovery.
I’m interested in what others have done to ‘tidy up’ the fact that the gearstick is further back and cut into the seatbox.
Which centre consoles you have used etc.

The sticks will foul on the dash/heater matrix.

Ive seen the nas centre console for sale on the ashcroft site with the option for no gear selector hole. Would the discovery selector fit nicely with the nas centre console or are the gearstick and hi lo/difflock too close together i wonder?
