Discovery 4 FBH / Parking heater

Hello I'm David and new to this so be gentle.
Can anyone help please? I have a 2010 Discovery 4 tdv6 Hse. I've looked under the bonnet and noticed the car has a factory fbh fitted however, I am at a loss as to how to operate the thing. I cannot find any controls, key fobs, or menu's on the screen.

they come on automatically when the outside temp is at or below 5c

Hi Guys. Been a long while. Just bought a d4 landmark.
Timed climate. What do the manual heat/vent buttons do? What would I have to do to fit a remote control to the heating? Landrover fob type. I’ve tried the time settings and it fires up. Just not sure on the rest as the instructions are not very good with the car
