discovery 2 facelift front fog lamp removal

Good afternoon people
can anyone tell me how the bumper covers come off on facelift discovery 2 I have taken out the 3 screws at the bottom and 2 at the side but it still seems quite secure ??

There is what looks like a spade clip next to the fog lamp hole, and the top panel has two stepped clips also. Press down on the top (under the headlamp) and pull forward and towards the outer corner.

If you take all the screws out along the bottom and back edge (by the tyre) the rest of the cover clips on
But I can't remember if you can take the cover off with out removing washer jets first and I'm sure you can't get them out without removing the hole bumper to get to the fixings
But once the cover is off the fog lights come out from the front
