One thing iv been puzzled about for ages is why is a defender of the same year as discovery so much more to buy ? any body care to explain ?

some people pay more to be uncomfy and have the **** shaken out of them.. i love my 110. discos are to quiet and comfy.

i love the disco, but i would slap anyone that wanted to swap my 110 for one.
the fender is better in every way, being uncomfortable is driving a landy, if you dont want that then get a honda

well iv got me 90 and me disco so im well happy :p:p:D

then again i have to make my mind up to which one i tax at the end of the month and which one i will park up :frusty:

back to the question - the reason why deependers are dearer than the same age disco is simple as the man says suply and demand - there are (many) more disco's sold every year than defenders, yet the enthusiast market ( ermm, I guess thats us) will soak up every one of the defenders and still have space left over.
that said I do enjoy driving my disco without bashing my elbow on the door or getting a cold shower on a winter morning that I used to get from my last "proper" landy.

I don't get why some people find the Defender uncomfortable, i don't think i've driven a more relaxed comfy motor, even when it's ****ing down with rain and i got the window up ( yeah i'm a wimp i know )

The leg room is fine, and the seats are just damn right comfortable, in fact the wife has a bad back at times and keeps coming for a spin in the Landy as it eases her pain.

Disco's are oki, i like the Smokey bacon flavour, Cheese n onion are good but the Salt n Vinegar are cheek twistingly dreadful.
