Disco II Rear Door Handle Sticking

Hi guys dont know if this has been asked before but The rear door handle keeps sticking and would like to know the easiest way in to blather it with oil, would it be through the door skin or via the number plate holder also how much of a job is it to do the rest of the doors while i'm at it. Thanx.

easiest way is to poke out the landrover badge from the numberplate/ doorhandle housing and get right into the handle area with spray wd40. same with the other doors, spray in through the handles and then latch mechs.
a quick spray down the lock poppy up thingys doesnt go a miss either.

whilst you are at it grease up the door hinges, straps and sunroof runners. jobs done then.

Thanks for that mat, got the job done today but used TF2, I don't use wd40 due to it having a solvent in it which strips the carbon out of the locks if it gets near them then you end up with locks sticking in the future. thanx again mate
