Disco - gauges?

Hi have done a search on different gauges for oil pressure/oil temperature/water temperature/turbo boost pressure and they do look good in the photo's i've seen. But most of the photo's are of gauges fitted to defenders - haven't found any photo's of gauges fitted to disco's?

Anyone fitted extra gauges in their disco - with pics?

Is it a bad idea to mount gauge pods on the dashboard MOT wise??

Anyone know what size thread is on the oil pressure switch fitted to the engine (300tdi) ???

At the bottom of the page in the gallery there is a pic of 1 fitted in a disco!
Looks very good so i think that is how i will mount the gauges.

As i'm looking to use a water temp gauge where would be the best place in the cooling system to put the temp sensor? I have found an adaptor that fits in the coolant pipe on ebay.

I know its a lot of questions but having done a few searches i can't find the answers.
