disco defender

hi all ,i have done a search before asking this question and found no difinitive answer , so my question is ,will i be able to fit the disco rear hubs to my 90 axle ? reason being is my drums are shot to pieces and have a disco as a donor for disk conversion , but the axle on disco is pretty shot but has new disks and pads and calipers
