I have a 2000 Disco II that has developed and annoying habit and wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience.
The ABS/Traction Control/Hill Descent system on my DII goes "offline" every now and then - not every day, but 3-4 times a week. I can drive for 500 miles without a problem and then the ABS/Traction Control/Hill Descent lights all come on and I lose those capabilities. It's perfectly drivable, but without those features.
The dealer says that it "might" be a new control module that he's willing to sell me for $1,200 USD. Before I do anything, I wanted to check with other owners to see if similar problems have been encountered.
