Disco 3.9 problems

Hi got a friend down the road who is having problems with his 3.9 Disco has anyone any idears please ?
:blabla:has a vacume return hose that he does not know were the other end fits( will try and post pictures at a later stage)
:blabla:He has fitted new plugs severall times they last for about 3 to 4 weeks then she starts to missfire again , two of the plugs when checked are fouling up(the same 2 everytime).

hi, cant help with the vacuum pipe but if your plugs are fouled by oil it sounds like rings.if the plugs are fouled with fuel it could either be injectors leaking,valves or if the plug leads are next to each other in the dizzy cap it could be a worn dizzy or the "air gap" could be wrong inside the dizzy.

if it's shagged/town driving you could investigate hotter grade plug, before you do that a photo of plugs would help

Perhaps your friend is using the wrong plugs they should be either:
Champion RN11YCC with a gap of 0.7mm or NGK BPR6E with a gap 0.9mm

I use Champion RN11YCC without any probs.
